Mirrors / CD Player with I-Pod Capability /  Wood flooring (most with Marley on top)
A/C  /  Privacy Blinds  /  Secondary Entrances &/or exit's  / Extra seating if necessary

Audition Rental Rates

• $35.00 per hour for auditions (1 room only)
• $50.00 per hour for auditions (2 rooms only, Studio 3 & 4)
• PA System with 12 channel mixer, 2 Power amp speakers, & One wireless handheld microphone, available for an additional $15.00 an hour.

• Standard Upright Acoustic  Piano

• Certificate of Liability Insurance required for most rentals.

Rehearsal Rental Rates

• Studios 1.5, 3,  4, or 6 single studios only (2 hour rental  minimum)
  Minimum $25.00 per hr. Rental Fee
  
Plus $10.00 per hour for larger group lobby useage
• Studios 1, 2 or 5  Single studios only (2 hour rental  minimum.)
  Minimum $35.00 per hr. Rental Fee
  
Plus $10.00 per hour for larger group lobby useage
• Studios 3 & 4, studios Combined (2 hour rental  minimu)
  
Minimum $50.00 per hr. Rental Fee for )

• Plus $10.00 per hour for Lobby Useage

• SDC individual instruction and/or choreography from $55.00 and hour.
• Minutes for Universal, Disney, Sea world & the Convention Center.
